Charlie Middleton’s Bondi store front is not what you expect. The first half is laid out with beautiful handmade, leather bags, wallets and totes – gold and silver buckles shining. The second half is reminiscent of organised chaos. Leather scraps, machinery, threads and leather tools – all used to hand make every item available to buy.

The brand was originally a belt label. Created by Ben; he called his brand Charlie Middleton after his first dog and childhood street name (you know….his stripper name). It eventually evolved into what it is today.

I loved chatting to Ben and watching some of the bags being made and meeting their resident puppy mascots (they’re so cute!). Check out some of the images below!
